MOE Overseas Student Attachment Programme (OSAP)
Every year, Ministry of Education sends JC1 students to participate in overseas attachment programmes. The two programmes offered this year are

Center for Excellence in Education – Research Science Institute Programme (CEE-RSI), USA (22 June to 2 August 2025)

The University of Sydney International Science School (ISS), Australia (6 July to 19 July 2025)

Eligibility:

Open to all JC1 students who are Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents

Distinction in English
A1 for Mathematics
A1 for Additional Mathematics
A1 for two pure Science subjects or one pure Science and Computing/Computer Science -
Should have strong passion in STEM and research

Should have prior Research experience
-
Should be outstanding in their co-curricular activities; and should have good communication skills
