NYMagic aims to provide a platform to increase our members’ appreciation for the art form, by increasing their exposure to the various techniques and principles in magic as well as by providing them with opportunities to perform. Members are encouraged to share ideas to generate discussions on different methods of accomplishing magic tricks to increase their creativity. From sleight of hand, to self-working tricks and special props, various methods are explored in order to create the magical atmosphere and create astonishment in your audience’s mind!
